Unique Training Center For The Moving Image

California is America's third largest film/video production center. California Film School, founded in 1987, has rapidly expanded to become a unique and pre-eminent training center for the moving image. The school offers five immersion programs including film production (Foundation Film Program), 3D animation & digital effects, multimedia, classical animation and acting for film and television, as well as more than forty part-time classes.

In 2005, the California Film School enrolled more than 600 full-time and 1200 part-time students. The Foundation Film Program offers students more hands-on production experience in ten months than most film programs offer in three to four years.
